Seventh Point announces three additions to executive board
Virginia Beach, VA – Seventh Point, a Virginia Beach based advertising, marketing and public relations firm, today announced three additions to the agency’s executive board. Effective immediately, Joe Delatte, who previously served as Managing Director of Account Services, assumes the role of Vice President of Marketing Strategies. Chris Ciardi, formerly Director of Broadcast and Digital Media, has been named Vice President of Creative Operations. Mike Carosi, previously Director of Print Production, has been promoted to Vice President of Production Operations.

Joe Delatte’s area of expertise is in strategic marketing, research and brand development, and management. He has over 25 years of industry experience, including Director of Marketing for The Virginian-Pilot and Director of Marketing for Cox Communications. Delatte had been a client of Seventh Point in his previous roles with The Pilot and Cox.
Prior to joining Seventh Point, Chris Ciardi worked for 12 years in Washington, D.C., as an award-winning cameraman, editor, director, producer and multimedia developer. In addition to interviewing world dignitaries and U.S. presidents, he has also served as a broadcast systems designer and engineer for clients around the country.
Mike Carosi began his career over 15 years ago as a specialist in purchasing technology, workflow solutions and implementation for a high-end commercial printer. Before starting his agency career in 2002, he was Director of Manufacturing for a large game company, where he managed domestic and international vendors for Lord of the Rings and Star Trek Trading Cards, as well as other associated marketing products.
